I-Chan Huang

I-Chan Huang, PhD, is an Associate Member (Associate Professor) of Epidemiology and Cancer Control at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. His training background is in health services and outcomes research with an emphasis on symptoms and health-related quality of life measurement and clinical applications in pediatric populations. Dr. Huang has served as a Principal Investigator of the Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) Pediatric Asthma Study (2009-2014).
Currently, he serves as a Principal Investigator of the Childhood Cancer Survivorship Study under the PEPR consortium (2015-present). He is also an Associate Editor for Quality of Life Research, an official journal of the International Society for Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL). Dr. Huang received his PhD degree from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and a post-doctoral fellow training from Johns Hopkins Center for Health Services and Outcomes Research.
